Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30‑day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged / Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return postage.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
